This past week was unusual in that we spent the week apart.
Sue spent the week at the rig parked at our Coeymans house (still for sale, that's our Hudson River view) doing the final sorting and extracting...
...while I flew to KY to work in the house I've been building for my sister. (For scale, those first floor windows are 10' tall!!)

Routine
Living on the road full time doesn't mean a permanent vacation. Yes, there is a lot of "do what you want" time typical of vacation but the routines of life still need to be attended to (pay the bills, do the laundry....) . And we have decided that we will work 3 half-days a week at our various work-like pursuits. Sue is still running Tree of Dreams and I'll be doing some admissions work for Hartwick College and managing a few websites.
We are taking a few days in the Albany area for routine appointments for us, the truck, and the rig.

Travel: Ogunquit ME to Coeymans NY (245 mi)
Short on entries as of late.... Nothing out of the ordinary for Sept except for the not going to work thing.
Some last minute work on the house ( still for sale) before the NASCAR weekend in NH.

Sent this morning pic to my colleagues back at the school so they would get it on their way to the opening day faculty meeting :-)

Walking the Marginal Way
It is the last day if summer break - School starts tomorrow so it is, in my mind, my first day of retirement. We’ll see if I miss it tomorrow. Today is just taking in the views. We walked The Marginal Way.
Our first lighthouse - Lobster Point on the Marginal Way
